Booking Terms & Conditions

Tai Roto Bay Beach Villas is an adult only accommodation (16 years and over)

The below cancellation policy applies to all bookings made at Tai Roto Bay excluding some
rates which are non-refundable. Minimum 3-nights stay ONLY.

Upon confirming your booking, payment for your reservation will be processed within 60 days of your arrival date.

• Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will not be charged.
• Cancellations received within 60 days of arrival will be charged in full and is non-refundable. Payment will be made Via credit card and NZ Bank transfer.
• A deposit is not required to hold your reservation.

Please note: If cancellations is made within 24 hours outside of these conditions, 100% cancellation fee of the total amount regarding the booking will apply and is non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made via email and must be received & confirmed by Tai Roto Bay.

We highly recommend Travel/Health Insurance for your own peace of mind should any unexpected circumstances occur.

Tai Roto Bay will not be responsible in any way or form should any flights are disrupted due to bad weather and airline re-scheduling/cancellation. Should there be any cancellations due to these circumstances, the company’s non refundable policy will apply.

Group bookings apply to three or more villas in any room type. Please contact us directly for further information.

Group booking cancellation policy differs. A deposit of 50% will be required to secure your group booking upon confirmation and it is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid 6 months before arrival. Should the group cancel their booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as a death in the family or serious illness, the company will not be responsible for any cash refund unless proof of documents is provided otherwise a credit will be issued and must be used within the next 6 months from the original arrival date. Please note: Any other cancellation reasons outside these conditions will not be considered. If you make a group booking through a Travel Agent or Online Agent (Booking.com, Expedia, Agonda) our standard group booking policy still applies.

The company has the right to protect its interest and will not put the business at risk should the booking be cancelled.

Upon confirmation of your wedding package a 50% deposit will be required to secure your wedding package and it is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid 6 months before arrival.  Should your family and friends wish to join you on your day, the GROUP BOOKING policy will apply. Please contact us for more information.
